We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced accounting professional to manage reporting, payroll, and monthly financials for a group of clients. Together, with a team of accounting professionals, he or she will lead monthly client engagements and client communication to completion.

Essential Functions

  • Take ownership to ensure accuracy of client payroll data.
  • Compile monthly reports needed for franchise agreement compliance.
  • Prepare appropriate financial reports and financial schedules as requested by clientele.
  • Assist client and CPA contact with accounting service projects, as needed.
  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports for clients.
  • Develop and analyze reporting to assist clients with business operations and budgets.
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
  • Input journal entries received from clients in accounting software.
  • Report analysis and findings to clients.
  • Communicate to clients regularly with findings, needs, and service opportunities.


  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP – specifically payroll compliance
  • Experience with computer accounting programs and reporting tools
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in accounting or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and one year of accounting experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at a computer station for several hours


  • $50,000 to $65,000 annually
