[Springfield, MO – December 3, 2021] – Abacus CPAs, LLC is proud to announce that Dina Graves has been promoted to Senior Coordinator. Dina, who joined the firm in August 2015 as the Customer Service Associate in the Transportation Department, has been an essential leader in providing support and resolution for complex client needs, answering technical questions and developing firm manuals, processes and training resources.
Dina Graves, who previously worked in early childhood education and has taught overseas, has many years of unique client service experience, and is proud to guide the Client Support team in their ongoing success. She works closely with employees to ensure they can support clients in unique situations.
Her responsibilities have grown to include supervising, developing and training other team members, handling larger and more complex client situations and providing leadership to the Transportation Department through her excellent customer service. Dina was recognized in May 2020 for her work with the Abacus Value Award of Client Service Orientation, one of the highest honors the firm bestows. She also recently earned her Certified Customer Service Professional designation, focused on managing service excellence.
